Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

For Cleaning Services:

  • If unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a free re-clean.
  • No refunds are provided once services are completed.

 For Products:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

 Exceptions: We do not accept returns on used or opened cleaning supplies for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
